Our mission

Unite CJES associations in all African countries, structure young companies and startups through tailored support, offer shared services through a unified digital ecosystem, promote economic integration and South-South cooperation, then défendre les intérêts des jeunes entreprises à l’échelle continentale. Ramener l’économie du continent entre les mains de ses enfants.

Our vision

To build an integrated, innovative, and sovereign entrepreneurial Africa, where young companies and startups from all sectors of activity constitute the main driver of the continent's economic transformation. Through a structured and interconnected network, the ambition is to create a common space for growth, innovation, and autonomy, capable of meeting the challenges of the 21st century.

Who are we?

The first CJES initiative was launched in Togo under the name CJET (Confédération des Juniors Entreprises du Togo), following a pilot phase that began in 2018 and was officially established in 2023. Building on its impact, this model is now being extended to the continental scale under the CJES AFRICA banner, with CJES Togo as the pioneer.

CJES AFRICA is a continental community that brings together CJES associations present in each African country. It aims to structure, connect, propel, and defend the interests of African businesses and startups in all sectors of activity that are less than 10 years old. This pan-African dynamic is based on the conviction that Africa's economic future is built by strengthening the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and opening it up to global opportunities.

CJES AFRICA is part of this dynamic: a strategic response to unite, structure, and strengthen the African entrepreneurial ecosystem, in order to build an economy driven by its local stakeholders and focused on innovation, cooperation, and economic sovereignty.
